The Harmony of Sheers by KREYO Fabrics

At Jia CURATED 2026, ATMA's Media Lounge offered journalists, editors and media guests a considered place to work, meet and pause. Conceived around the Balinese philosophy of Tetaring, a temporary shelter that protects both Sekala, the seen, and Miskala, the unseen, the open pavilion was defined not by walls but by proportion, orientation and materiality, a quiet expression of Balinese interior design.

Complementing the pavilion's natural palette, KREYO Fabrics' Fairy Sheers and Summer Sheers collections provided the light filtering curtains that gave the space its soft, filtered character. Hung along the pavilion's edges and gathered in layered folds beneath the ceiling, the sheers introduced a delicate veil against the bamboo structure, warm timber and weathered wooden flooring. Daylight was filtered rather than blocked, lending a quiet sense of enclosure while preserving the connection to the surrounding landscape.
